Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1/3/2026

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy describes how Rev-Anew processes termination requests, manages service wind-downs, and administers refunds or credits applicable to different engagement models. This Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and applies to all service engagements.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

2.1 Notice Requirements

  • Provide written notice to info@rev-anew.com at least thirty (30) days before the next billing cycle occurs (billing is on the first (1st) of each month).
  • Services remain active and available through the end of the paid month; no partial-month refunds are issued.
  • We will acknowledge receipt of cancellation notice within one (1) business day.

2.2 Wind-Down Process

  1. We complete all in-progress scope that was explicitly approved in writing prior to cancellation notice.
  2. Final deliverables, documentation, asset exports, and system credentials are provided before the end of the paid service period.
  3. Any work requested beyond the paid period requires a new service agreement and separate fees.
  4. We schedule a handoff call within five (5) business days of cancellation notice to review transition procedures and answer questions.

3. Project-Based Engagements

3.1 Before Kickoff

  • If Client cancels before the official project kickoff date, fees paid (other than the $49 consultation fee) will be refunded in full. The consultation fee, once rendered, is non-refundable.
  • Kickoff is the date specified in the Statement of Work when Rev-Anew officially begins work on the approved scope.

3.2 After Kickoff

  • Project fees become non-refundable once work begins, except to the extent Rev-Anew fails to deliver the approved scope as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • If Client elects to pause the project mid-stream, we invoice for all work completed to date and provide a full accounting. The project may be restarted later under a separate change order.
  • Termination for convenience after kickoff does not entitle Client to a refund; Client remains liable for all invoiced fees.

4. Consultation Sessions

  • Consultations booked with the $49 fee may be canceled or rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours' written notice for a full refund or fee transfer to a future session.
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice forfeit the $49 fee.

5. How to Cancel

  1. Email info@rev-anew.com with the subject line "Service Cancellation" or "Retainer Cancellation."
  2. Include your company name, the applicable service or engagement type, the desired end date, and a brief explanation (optional).
  3. We acknowledge receipt within one (1) business day and provide written confirmation of the cancellation effective date.
  4. For monthly retainers, the effective date is the last day of the month in which the thirty (30)-day notice period expires.

6. Data and Asset Delivery Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation of services, Rev-Anew will provide all Client-owned work product, data exports, credentials, documentation, and system access within the wind-down period. Client is responsible for backing up and securing all assets before the service end date.

7. Survival of Terms

Sections relating to payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability survive cancellation and continue in effect per the Terms and Conditions.
